1.At your local craft store you will need to pick up a few essential items. One is the ear ring hoops and mini Split Rings (size #3) and the other is the charm. Your choice of charm could be as simple as a gorgeous jewel or a mini frog charm with an eyelet. Check the selection at the bead isle.
2.You need to purchase enough hoops and charms for six glasses. Be creative and get 3 of one kind of charm and 3 of another - even a different color is coo
