Instructions
Run warm water through the
glass pipe. The water could make the pipe slippery so be careful holding it to make sure it does not drop or fracture.
Place a small amount of rubbing alcohol into a plastic sandwich bag. Use enough so that the bottom of the sandwich bag is completely filled and the pipe is mostly covered when placed inside.
Place the bag with the pipe in it inside the microwave and microwave it for 10 seconds. If you put it in for longer, the bag could melt or the pipe could be damaged.
Take the bag out of the microwave and carefully shake it to get the alcohol into the pipe. This should remove a lot of dirt and debris.
Run the pipe under warm water again to remove any additional deposits.
Place a clean piece of paper towel or toilet paper at the end of the pipe and push it through using an ear swab. This will act like a makeshift pipe cleaner, drying out the inside of the pipe and forcing out any remaining dirt. Avoid using too much force, which can crack the pipe.
